Your cycle isn’t just a problem to fix—it’s your body trying to tell you something. 🌀

Are you ready to listen?

If your period feels unpredictable, heavy, or exhausting, it’s not random—it’s communication. Most of us were taught to silence these messages with pills or quick fixes, but here’s the truth:

✨ your menstrual cycle holds the key to understanding your hormones, stress levels, and overall health.

Here’s where to start:

1️⃣ Track how you feel during each phase of your cycle (energy, mood, libido, cravings).

2️⃣ Align your self-care—rest more during your luteal phase, and focus on gentle movement.

3️⃣ Look at lifestyle stressors—are you getting enough sleep, eating balanced meals, or over-scheduling?

Your body already has the wisdom—it’s time to tune in and trust it. 🌸

Postpartum hit me like a wave. I thought I’d just bounce back. Instead, I found myself at a complete standstill—exhausted, overwhelmed, and at a loss. Here’s what changed.

I had spent years pushing myself to the max. Always thinking I had to do more, be more. Then postpartum came—and suddenly, all my tricks stopped working.

My body wasn’t responding anymore. There wasn’t enough time in the day to recover, and I was just… exhausted.

But amidst the chaos, I realized something incredible: My body had just done the most amazing thing. It grew and birthed a human. I was in awe of what I was capable of, but also frustrated—why did no one tell me how much support I’d need after birth?

This frustration turned into curiosity. I wanted to know everything about the female body, about how it really works, and what it really needs. I learned to stop fighting against it, and instead, to sync with it. How I practiced my yoga, honoring each phase of my cycle—it all became my guide.

Now, I understand when to create, when to push, and when to rest. It’s not just about surviving anymore. It’s about thriving.

Curious about how to work with your cycle instead of fighting it?

Ever heard a wild comment about periods or menopause that made you go, “Wait, what? 🤨” Yeah, same. 🙋‍♀️

Like when my gyno mentioned a pill that would “stop” my period bleed! 🩸🚫 Spoiler: she meant breakthrough bleeding. 😑 It didn’t feel right, but I didn’t have the knowledge to question it.

But here’s the thing: it’s not just about one person or comment. It’s a whole system - the patriarchy - that’s made it tough for women to thrive and even study our own bodies. 💪😔 For too long, we were treated as unimportant.

Well, not anymore! It’s time to laugh at the absurdity and fight back with facts. 😂📚

And when I say “he,” I really mean the patriarchy. 😉 It’s not about blaming individuals, but recognizing the bigger picture.

So tag your friends, share your own stories, and let’s keep normalizing conversations about our amazing bodies! 🗣️ Because the more we talk, the more we learn, and the more we change. 💪

P.S. No one got hurt in the making of this post... except maybe the patriarchy’s ego! 😂

Stop treating your fertility journey like another project to manage.🛑

I see you, tracking every symptom, timing every moment, turning your body into a optimization project.

Here's the truth: your body isn't a machine that needs to be hacked. Pregnancy is the ultimate expression of feminine energy - of receiving, nurturing, allowing.🌸

This doesn't mean do nothing. It means shifting from "making it happen" to creating space for it to happen. From forcing to flowing. From controlling to connecting.

What would change if you approached your fertility journey not as something to achieve, but as something to receive?❤️

Look up, beautiful 🌙✨

Ever notice how the moon seems to call to you? there’s a reason for that. tonight’s waxing crescent isn’t just a pretty sight - it’s having a heart-to-heart with your womb.

our bodies dance to the moon’s rhythm, a silent song as old as time. and right now? it’s whispering of new beginnings, of growth, of possibility.

want to tune in to this celestial conversation? here are a few practices i’m loving:

🌙 crescent moon pose - let your body mirror the sky

🌙 moonlight meditation - just you, the moon, and your breath

🌙 womb journaling - what wisdom is stirring in your depths?

there’s magic in aligning with these cycles, in listening to the quiet whispers of your body.

what’s the moon saying to you tonight? i’d love to hear your story 💖

Ever wonder how a simple minute of mindfulness could nurture your fertility journey? Let me share a little secret with you.

When we take a moment to reset, we’re actually sending a powerful message to our bodies: ‘You’re safe. It’s okay to relax.’ And guess what? This feeling of safety can be a game-changer for your hormones and fertility.

You see, when your body feels safe and calm, it’s more likely to create an environment that’s welcoming for conception. It’s like preparing a cozy nest for a potential little one.

This quick practice isn’t just about relaxation - it’s about tuning into your body’s wisdom and supporting its natural rhythms. By taking these moments to breathe and center yourself, you’re building confidence in your body’s abilities.

Whether you’re actively trying to conceive, or simply aiming for hormonal harmony, these small moments can make a big difference. They remind your body that it’s capable, it’s supported, and it’s ready for whatever journey lies ahead.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. How does this practice make you feel? Have you noticed any changes in how connected you feel to your body?

Remember, your body has an innate wisdom.

Sometimes, all it needs is a gentle reminder to trust in its own magic. 💖

Today, I woke up with a deep longing in my heart. Not just for my physical mother, who lives miles away, 😭 but for that intangible, nurturing energy that ‘mother’ represents.

You know that feeling? That sense of complete safety and relaxation. The warmth that whispers, ‘I’m here. Everything is going to be okay.’

It got me thinking about how we, as women, carry this mothering energy within us. It’s in our DNA, in the very essence of our feminine nature.

But in our busy lives, how often do we allow ourselves to tap into this energy? To nurture ourselves the way we would a child or a loved one? ❤️

Today, I’m choosing to be my own mother. To wrap myself in that comforting embrace and whisper those soothing words to my own heart.

And I invite you to do the same. Can you take a moment today to mother yourself? To offer yourself that unconditional love and acceptance?🤗

It’s sometimes hard for me to think of self-nurturing as selfish or a waste of time. But it’s how we replenish our wells so we can continue to give to others.

How do you tap into your inner nurturing energy? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Let’s remind each other of the mothers we carry within. 💖

🚨 The menstrual revolution we’ve been dreaming of is finally here! 🌟

Imagine a world where our daughters don’t just endure their periods, but celebrate them as a source of power and knowledge. A world where period blood isn’t seen as ‘dirty’, but as liquid gold. 💖

Sure, some folks might be eyeing this golden opportunity to make a quick buck (eye roll), but here’s the silver lining: it means more research into women’s bodies! Finally, we might get some answers about everything from fertility to overall health, all from something we produce naturally every month.

It’s like your body have been whispering secrets to you all along, and science is finally learning to listen. How wild is that?

I’m dreaming of a future where we don’t just track our cycles, but truly understand and harness their power. Where ‘that time of the month’ becomes ‘that time for incredible insights’!

So, lovely, how does this make you feel? Excited? Skeptical? Like you want to don a lab coat and start your own period research? 🧪👩‍🔬

Let’s chat about it, I’m curious!! Because this isn’t just about periods - it’s about revolutionizing women’s health, one cycle at a time!

Here’s to a future where our bodies are respected, researched, and revered. Quirks, mysteries, and all!

You know, I’ve been thinking a lot about our uteruses lately. (Yeap, I’m that kind of weirdo!) 😆

Did you know that in Chinese Medicine, they call it a “curious organ”? I love that.

It’s like this amazing paradox - strong but soft, active yet receptive. It can hold life and then release it into the world. Pretty incredible, right?

Here’s what fascinates me: our uteruses are so in tune with our emotional world. They’re like these sensitive antennas picking up on everything - stress, joy, past traumas, even stuff passed down from our grandmothers.

When life gets crazy (and doesn’t it always?), our uterus tenses up, just like any muscle would. All those expectations, conflicts, the juggle of life - our uterus feels it all. And sometimes, that tension shows up as pain or health issues.

But here’s the thing - we can only create, whether it’s a baby or a new phase of life, when we feel safe. It’s like trying to have a deep conversation in a noisy café versus a quiet garden. Our bodies need that quiet garden to do their best work.

So, here’s a little something I’ve been practicing. Take a moment, right now if you can, and breathe deeply into your lower belly. Notice how it feels. Any tension there? That awareness is the first step to getting your cycle back in balance.

We’re so used to pushing through, aren’t we? But maybe it’s time we listened to the wisdom our bodies have been trying to share all along.

What do you think? Have you ever felt that connection between your emotional world and your physical symptoms? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Ever feel like your menstrual cycle is sabotaging your love life? Here’s a secret that transformed mine ⤵️

During my luteal phase, I become more critical and less patient. But instead of seeing this as a negative, I realized it’s my body’s way of highlighting what isn’t working and where my boundaries are being crossed. This is my time to reflect on my needs.

I’m not against women being powerful during this phase—in fact, we need more of this energy. However, if we don’t know how to use and hold this power, we might end up saying and doing things that aren’t true to our deeper needs. By accessing and catering to these needs, we can transform this energy into constructive action rather than reactive outbursts.

I jot down what needs addressing—like needing more help around the house. When my social hormones kick in, I discuss these points calmly with my loved ones. This prevents explosive arguments and helps maintain harmony.

Don’t get me wrong, I value the powerful energy of the luteal phase—it’s saved me from being a doormat countless times. But for those in healthy relationships, this hack can save you from saying things you might regret. 🌸
