Welcome everyone! Wanted to (re-)introduce myself.
I’m Atiya, yoga teacher and health coach.
I spent many years dealing with anxiety, perfectionist-tendencies, getting easily overwhelmed and problems sleeping, all the while seeking a balanced lifestyle.
After working as a junior lawyer, then school teacher, I have been working as a yoga teacher in natural health since 2011. I have helped many other people through my yoga classes, retreats and when I ran my nutrition clinic in Bristol and online.
My passion is working with other overthinkers to create a sustainable, healthy and fun lifestyle without feeling burnt out.
I offer an 8 week 1:1 health coaching plan, Sleep Habit Reset, where we work together through my systematic and natural approach to help you get to sleep better, and/or dealing with waking up in the night. For more info please DM me SLEEP.
