When trying to be healthy, or to lose weight or even to gain weight, always think on nutrition first, because the most important part is what we eat, nutrition is around 80%, and exercise is important too but around 20%. Exercising a lot without a good nutrition in general and also specific nutrition for the exercise and recovering process, overstresses our body and also prevents us from getting the results we want.💪😉

Kilos vs Centimeters
One of the biggest mitakes in weight loss is focusing only on the scale and our weight, when we should really focus more on size, centimeters.
Why? When we loose weight, it could be loosing fat or it could also be loosing muscle... What we really want is to loose weight in a healthy way and keep our muscle as much as possible while loosing fat.
1kg of fat is around 2 times bigger than 1kg of muscle. This means that when we loose fat we loose more size, more centimeters!
So we should focus more on our size than the on the scale! 👍😉

No! We need to eat every 3hrs approx, even if we want to lose some weight!😉

Yessss, we must stop thinking so much and just start doing it! That's how results will come for sure! 💪😃
