Durante dos días, los alumnos trabajarán de manera personalizada en piezas de cadáver fresco, con tutorización directa de un equipo docente de máximo nivel, combinando técnica, precisión y enfoque eminentemente práctico.

La importancia de una buena exploración en una cirugía de revisión. Tinel y dolor justo en canal de torsión humeral de nervio radial sin déficit sensitivo motor. Importante fibrosis en esa localización. Manejo micro quirúrgico y resección de fibrosis perineural. Después, protección con malla antiadherente axoguard. Otro paciente feliz 😊. Una artrosis de muñeca importante, no siempre precisa de una artrodesis. Estamos en la época del movimiento. Es presentó una paciente con una artrosis de muñeca tras resección de la primera hilera del carpo. Una prótesis MOTEC fue la técnica usada en esta ocasión. Trabaja en seguridad y está feliz con su movilidad y fuerza. Significant wrist osteoarthritis does not always require arthrodesis. We live in an age of movement. We present a patient with wrist osteoarthritis following resection of the first row of carpal bones. A MOTEC prosthesis was the technique used in this case. I’ve had the opportunity to participate for another year in the Hand Therapy Specialist Course at the Rey Juan Carlos University. I offer a hand surgeon’s perspective to hand therapists. The best results are achieved through teamwork, giving our best, and in a multidisciplinary approach. Since I began my training in Zaragoza with Dr. Pedro Marquina, I’ve always known that if you want to achieve the best results for your patients, you need to have good hand therapists by your side. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it and felt honored to be part of their training. Thank you

Rupture of an ulnar plate after doing an effort, 2 months after surgery. Plate of proximal ulnar osteotomy of skeletal was used with good stabilization. Sometimes we have to think and perform techniques used for other problems that are useful. .ruizza .orbay

Amazing case with walant of stiffness at the fourth and fifth finger. Fracture of proximal phalanx of the fourth and fifth digit. I performed a dorsal Tenolisis of extensor tendons and arthrolisis at PIP joint. We had a great passive motion of flexión but no active motion at flexor tendons. Then I did a Tenolisis of FDP and FDS tendon at proximal phalanx with a transverse incision at the volar aspect of the hand. Adhesion at the fracture were found. Then I full active range of motion passive and active were achieved.
