We live in a society that equates productivity with value. Even in parenting, it seems as if the more you do, the “better” parent you are. Be careful during this season with the amount of posts you’ll be seeing about the different activities families do with their children. We can feel pressured to keep up, as if we “should” be doing those things too.

But ask yourself - when you remove the external noise, is this really something meaningful to you? Is it something you genuinely want to be doing with your family? Or do you value other activities instead, no matter how mundane they may seem from the outside?

There are many ways to parent. Let’s each find the one that feels most fulfilling to us. ✨💫

Have you been wanting to learn about mindfulness but never quite found the time? This is your chance!
Over the next couple of months, we’ll be offering FREE online mindfulness sessions.

There will be two different groups:
* Wednesdays at 8pm (Madrid time - CEST). This group already started a few weeks ago but will continue throughout the month of November. Remember you can join any session without having attended previous ones.
* Thursdays at 2pm (Madrid time - CEST), starting 13th November

You’re welcome to sign up for all sessions or just drop in for one-off classes, no commitment required. Just contact info@openpsychology.es and we will send the link over (or send us a DM and we will send it there!) 📩
