🐾 21 de julio - Hoy celebramos el Día Mundial del Perro y celebramos la alegría, la lealtad y el bienestar que nuestros compañeros de cuatro patas nos regalan cada día.
En Santen creemos que el bienestar emocional y la diversidad empiezan por crear entornos de trabajo donde las personas puedan ser ellas mismas… y eso incluye a sus peludos.
Desde 2024, nuestra oficina de Madrid ha dado la bienvenida a una nueva forma de trabajar: somos una empresa pet friendly, con una política interna diseñada para equilibrar el buen humor que traen los 🐶 con la concentración, el respeto y la comodidad de todas las personas que comparten el espacio.
Esta iniciativa promueve un ambiente más humano y relajado: cuando las personas se sienten a gusto, el trabajo fluye mejor.
Y nuestro compromiso va más allá: colaboramos con la Fundación ONCE del Perro Guía, orgullosos de haber contribuido ya en la formación de Italy & Keira, apoyando la inclusión real a través de acciones concretas.
Aunque la oficina de Madrid fue la primera en sumarse a esta iniciativa, no es la única. Cada vez más oficinas de Santen están haciendo lo mismo y esperamos inspirar a otras empresas a seguir este camino.
Porque el futuro del trabajo también pasa por espacios donde personas y mascotas podamos sentirnos bienvenidos.
🐾 July 21 – Today we celebrate World Dog Day, and with it, the joy, loyalty, and wellbeing that our four-legged companions bring to us every single day.
At Santen, we believe that emotional wellbeing and diversity start with creating workplaces where people can truly be themselves… and that includes their furry friends.
Since 2024, our Madrid office has embraced a new way of working: we are proudly a pet-friendly company, with an internal policy designed to balance the good vibes that 🐶 bring with the focus, respect, and comfort of everyone sharing the space.
This initiative promotes a more relaxed and human environment, easing the worry of leaving our pets alone at home. Because when people feel good, great work happens naturally.
And our commitment goes even further: we collaborate with Fundación ONCE del Perro Guía, and are proud to have already contributed to the training of Italy & Keira, supporting true inclusion through concrete action.
While Madrid was the first office to join this initiative, it’s no longer alone. More and more Santen offices are following the same path, and we hope to inspire other companies to do the same.
Because the future of work includes spaces where both people and pets feel truly welcome. 💙
