In this video, Dr. Salvar Björnsson, CEO of Vinci Hair Clinic, analyses a poorly executed hair transplant case — something that, unfortunately, is more common than one might imagine.

The patient did gain density, but the result is far from natural. The frontal hairline was designed with exaggerated curves, which Salvar calls a «Mickey Mouse hairline» — a shape that doesn’t exist naturally and completely disrupts facial harmony.

Furthermore, two-, three-, and even four-hair follicles were used in the front line, which further compromises the result. Without irregularities and with a straight line, the appearance becomes noticeable and artificial. The patient himself, by all indications, tries to disguise the result by combing his hair forward.
