A GOOD APPETITE IS A SIGN OF HEALTH. WHY?

Appetite isn’t just “I want to eat.” It’s a subtle signal from the body that all systems are working smoothly 👇

✔️ Hormonal balance
Hunger is regulated by hormones (ghrelin and leptin). When they are normal, you experience a natural, timely appetite, without excess.

✔️ Healthy gastrointestinal function
A good appetite often indicates that the digestive system is functioning properly: there is sufficient production of enzymes and gastric juice.

✔️ Energy needs
The body “asks” for food when it truly needs energy. This means that the metabolism is active and efficient.

✔️ Psycho-emotional state
Loss of appetite is a common symptom of stress, anxiety, and fatigue. A stable appetite is a sign of a more balanced nervous system.

✔️ No deficiencies
Paradoxically, with significant deficiencies (iron, B vitamins, etc.), appetite can decrease. A normal appetite is an indirect indicator that the body is not depleted.
