Disfrutar de la práctica de yoga es toda felicidad, es una de mis pasiones de vida que me hace sentir agradecida, compasiva y sobre todo apasionada por lo que hago. Qué si valió la pena renunciar a otras oportunidades profesionales? ..pues si lo valió, porque nunca había sentido tanta satisfacción y plenitud por algún trabajo que no sea el ser un practicante y maestro de yoga. Qué cada día tengo que seguir mejorando y aprendiendo más y más, que si me caigo me levanto, que el desequilibrio es parte del equilibrio, con humildad y consciencia sigo en mi camino de vida yoguica.
Y espero que tú también encuentres tu razón de vida, tú pasión y que sea toda felicidad para ti, no te rindas!!..

Moment to feel, listen and flow in my self practice.
I would never have imagined that something so wonderful would come into my life "Yoga", it has changed my life, it has taken me from a very critical state to a state of great peace and tranquility with myself.I learned not to judge myself, to be aware of my reality and to be able to face my illness in a very positive way and I believe and trust that it can help many more people, if we see yoga how a habit of life for our well-being.

1️⃣ Standard Downward facing Dog: Start on all fours, aligning your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Push your hips up, straighten your legs, and press your palms into the ground, forming an inverted "V" shape with your body. Relax your neck and let your head hang loosely.

2️⃣ Three-Legged Downward facing Dog: Begin in the standard pose and lift one leg straight up towards the ceiling, extending it as much as you can while maintaining the alignment of your hips. This variation helps to stretch and strengthen your legs, while also improving balance.
