By combining body exercises, breathing, movement and meditation, we help our students to feel the interconnectedness of all these aspects and their impact on health and well-being in general. Our certified teachers have extensive experience in teaching. Classes are held on the seashore in a park near Tikitano by Besaya. Our classes are suitable for beginners and for experienced practitioners. Teachers give different degrees of workload, and you will be able to choose the one that suits you best.

People come to us not only for yoga, but also for a cozy and warm atmosphere.
