🪷Hola! para informarte que seguimos con los mismos horarios de Yoga este mes de Diciembre ( Martes, Jueves y Sábados 10.30 a 12pm y Martes 19pm a 20.30pm) hasta el Martes 23 de Diciembre incluido, pero solo por la mañana 10.30 a 12pm.Se cancela la clase de por la tarde.

🌺Para compensar los días Festivos, tenemos Yoga extra en Diciembre los Jueves día 11 y dia 18 por la tarde de 19pm a 20.30.

🌹Volvemos con Yoga el Martes 6 de Enero 2026 pero solo por la mañana 10.30 a 12.00, ya que son los Reyes, asi que cancelamos por la tarde, pero habrá otra clase extra esa semana el Jueves 8 de Enero de 19pm a 20.30 para tambien compensar el Festivo.

🪷Hello! Just to let you know that we're continuing with the same Yoga schedule this December (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12 pm and Tuesdays from 19 pm to 20:30 pm) until Tuesday, December 23rd, inclusive, but only in the morning from 10:30 am to 12 pm. The afternoon class is canceled.

🌺To make up for the holidays, we have extra Yoga classes in December on Thursdays, the 11th and 18th, from 19 pm to 20:30 pm.

🌹We're back with Yoga on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, but only in the morning from 10:30 to 12:00, as it's Three Kings Day. So, we've cancelled the afternoon class, but there will be an extra class that week on Thursday, January 8th, from 19:00 to 20:30 pm to make up for the holiday.

Este sábado es el cumpleaños de Krishna y estás invitado en elTemplo de Málaga.

Es como estar un día en la India, de hecho la mayoría vamos a ir vestidos con ropa de la India.

Hay actuaciones en vivo , ceremonias y una cena a las 00.00.Todo gratuito.

Yo este año no voy a participar pero si estaré alli, asi que me alegrará verte.

This Saturday is Krishna's birthday, and you're invited to the Malaga Temple.

It's like spending a day in India. In fact, most of us will be dressed in Indian clothing.

There are live performances, cetemonies and dinner at midnight. All free.

I won't be participating this year, but I will be there, so I'll be happy to see you.

Dejo de buscar trabajos extras de otros sectores, sigo mi corazón y continúo con mi trabajo vocacional de Yoga.

Llevo 1 año con muchos desafios externos e internos y ya siento que he vuelto a superar una prueba más.

Los que sois autónomos y os dedicáis a lo que os gusta, posiblemente me entendéis.

Contenta y agradecida de seguir enfocándome en este camino, sobretodo en estos momentos que hay tanto estress y manipulación mediática, es un alivio conocer y practicar estas enseñanzas milinarias, con tantos innumerables beneficios para la salud física y equilibrio emocional.

He aprendido muchas lecciones en este año, sobretodo a ocuparme en lugar de preocuparme, hacerme más responsable de los resultados, promocionarme más, ser más empática, aprender de las críticas para mejorar y sobretodo reconocer que soy abundancia y que quiero seguir apostando por una vida alternativa donde prevalece mi espiritu libre, esto ultimo no tiene precio.

I'm stopping looking for extra jobs in other fields, following my heart, and continuing with my vocational work in Yoga.

I've been facing many external and internal challenges for a year now, and I already feel like I've overcome yet another test.

Those of you who are self-employed and do what you love probably understand what I'm saying.

I'm happy and grateful to continue focusing on this path, especially in these times of so much stress and media manipulation. It's a relief to learn and practice these ancient teachings with so many benefits for physical health and emotional balance.

I've learned many lessons this year, especially to focus instead of worry, to take more responsibility for results, to promote myself more, to be more empathetic, to learn from criticism to improve, and above all, to recognize that I am abundant and that I want to continue pursuing an alternative life where my free spirit prevails. This last bit is priceless.

Informarte que ya hemos abierto las inscripciones para nuestro Retiro anual en Tarifa del 19 al 21 de Septiembre 2025.

El precio en habitación individual es de 320€ y doble/triple 260€ por persona.

Ya hay 2 personas apuntadas y 5 más interesadas.Las plazas son limitadas a 20 personas.

Puedes hacer ya tu reserva con 70€ y elegir ya tu habitación. En caso que no puedas venir, este dinero no lo pierdes, puedes utilizarlo para mis clases de Yoga en Hapimag, clase privada, clase online ó un masaje conmigo.

Conectando con tu niña interior es conectar con tus emociones.

Permitir el espacio para sentir, es un acto de valentía y de sanación.

Deja de huir, evadiéndote con malos hábitos y vayamos a la raiz de esos enfados y baja autoestima que aún tienes cuando recibes una critican.

Todo ese malestar viene en su mayoria, de esas heridas que aún no hemos sanado cuando eramos niñ@s.

Las críticas más dolorosas son con las que tu mism@ aún te identificas y estás de acuerdo.

El amor incondional hacia ti, hace al final que tomes esa crítica en positivo, como un gran paso para mejorar y tranformar, pero si lo tomas en negativo y sigues sin amarte, te llevará a tu propia destrucción.

Por eso es un acto de valentía indagar, autoconocerse, observarte , amarte y evolucionar como un Gran Espiritu.

Para ello es imprescindible ser humilde para estar en la escucha y seguir aprendiendo, y a la misma vez fuerte y poderos@ para transmitirlo y ayudar a otros a sanar sus heridas.

Connecting with your inner child is connecting with your emotions.

Allowing space to feel is an act of courage and healing.

Stop running away, evading yourself with bad habits, and let's get to the root of the anger and low self-esteem you still have when you receive criticism.

All that discomfort comes mostly from those wounds we haven't yet healed from when we were children.

The most painful criticisms are the ones you still identify with and agree with.

Unconditional love for yourself ultimately makes you take that criticism positively, as a great step toward improvement and transformation. But if you take it negatively and continue not loving yourself, it will lead to your own destruction.

That's why it's an act of courage to inquire, to know yourself, to observe yourself, to love yourself, and to evolve as a Great Spirit.

To achieve this, it is essential to be humble enough to listen and continue learning, and at the same time, strong and powerful enough to pass it on and help others heal their wounds.
