Mind Body Soul Retreat Mind Body Soul Retreat in Costa del Sol For the past 7 years Anushka organized several retreats, workshops and mindwalk activities. Together with Evelien Vos.

As a Mindfulness Coach she helped female clients remain mindful in life. After taking the big step to move to the Costa del Sol, the retreats will go on in this beautiful paradise on earth. As a Transformation Coach, Evelien helps people to (re)connect with themselves, to find their way back to their inner strength and wisdom, so they can transform their life from the inside out. She lives by the

philosophy that each individual is their own healer. Coaches/therapists/mentors are here to help you (re)connect to yourself and your inner wisdom – your capacity to heal yourself. Her aim during our retreats is to create a safe space where guests can get familiar with helpful tools and practices to tap into that capacity, while authentically connecting to self and others.

“Een brief voor mijn dochter”

💭 Ik was er al zo lang mee bezig in mijn gedachten.

🥺 Maar ik kan het niet meer. Mijn verhaal moet eruit.

✍🏽 Ik ben begonnen met schrijven en ik kan maar niet stoppen. ✍🏽

❤️‍🩹 Pijn, verdriet van 10 jaar vloeit eruit alsof het gisteren is gebeurd. 😔
