Dear clients and candidates,

My maternity leave is coming to an end soon and due to the fact that I have no help to extend my breastfeeding period (Self-employed women dont have it at the moment), I have taken the decision to continue working part-time, being more selective with my clients and thus giving them exclusivity in the service.
Those of you who have known me for years, know that I work in this sector because I love my job and I feel very lucky to be able to help families/candidates. But now I have other priorities to attend to as well 👩‍👧‍👦

Esto os interesa , si si a TODAS LAS . Os cuento, pero antes etiquetar alguna y/o que le venga bien esta información, OS LO AGRADECERA.

Os cuento los detalles más importantes:

1. El permiso para el cuidado del es un derecho que puede solicitar cualquiera de los dos , papa y mama.
2. IMPORTANTE: Este permiso es VALIDO para con y/o (Esto es maravilloso, ya conocéis mi afán siempre a favor de los pequeños).
¿Este nuevo derecho como se puede disfrutar?

Papá y/o mamá podrá ausentarse de su trabajo hasta los 9 meses de edad de su bebé:
- Una hora al día (dentro de la jornada laboral)
- Una hora fraccionada al día en 2 medias horas (dentro de la jornada laboral)
- Entrar 30 minutos más tarde a su horario habitual o salir 30 minutos antes.
- Solicitar el permiso en su totalidad acumulado, es decir, ausentarse hasta 28 días seguidos (Aquí se tendrá en cuenta el % de jornada laboral del trabajador que lo solicita y de cuando solicites el permiso)
- En caso de tener un parto múltiple, se añadirá siempre 1 hora por cada hijo, es decir, parto gemelar 2 horas, parto trillizos 3 horas, etc)

¿Qué os parece esta nueva ley? Parece que poco a poco vamos consiguiendo pasitos para que nuestros bebés obtengan lo que se merece, sus padres 100% con ellos el máximo tiempo posible.
