How hard should you GRIP the club? 🤨

Most golfers get this wrong ⚠️
"The stronger, the more control l have and l can kill the *** ball..." 😮‍💨
Well...
👉 On a scale from 0 to 10…
your grip pressure should NOT go above 5 😮😮😮
Why?👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

- Too much tension = blocked clubhead speed
- Less speed = less distance and poor fluidity
- Overgripping = high risk of epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow)

And trust me… it’s painful, limiting, and slow to recover from

Your hands should guide the club… not strangle it 🙄

🤔 Are your forearms tight at address?
🤔 Do you feel tension creeping in during the swing?
🤔 Does your grip get stronger under pressure?
