Between the 2 modalities of yoga and compassionate listening, I help my clients learn to understand what is happening in their emotional body. I say emotional body because we separate the mind and the body. But the truth is they are one. Through having the opportunity to delve deeper into the tight areas of the body and mind, we open the doors to compassionately opening your heart and spirit.
