Picture this: a 75 year old father driving 3 hours to collect his daughters belongings after she’s been ‘thrown’ out of her own home, with no conversation, no organisation ….

She worked relentlessly to support the house build, built a business and a life and this is what her dad had to arrive to…

How could 2 people the owner and his daughter (both narcissists) think that this is ok?

How can people be so cruel to a family that have only ever supported you, lent you money, helped you in every which way they could and you treat them like that…

That’s a special kind of cruel to do that ..

If hurting a mother and daughter isn’t bad enough you want to hurt the elderly parents too…

Nice !

Some people have zero integrity

Happy Mother’s Day to my Mum and all the other mums out there 🤍

Today I honour you…
and the long line of women who came before us.

My grandmothers.
Their mothers.
And the women whose names I may never know, yet whose strength, love and resilience lives in my bones.

Their prayers.
Their courage.
Their survival.

All of it carried forward… so we could be here.

Motherhood, in its truest sense, is not only about having children.

It’s the energy of creation that lives inside every woman.
The part of us that nurtures, protects, nourishes and multiplies love.

Today I also bow to our original mother… Mama Gaia.

Mother Earth.
The one who holds us, grounds us, and reminds our bodies how to soften and remember that we belong.

And I hold gentle space for the women for whom today feels tender…
those carrying loss, grief or longing.

Your love and your motherhood are seen.

Today I celebrate my mum.
I honour my lineage.
And I honour the sacred feminine that lives within us all.

Because the magic of being a woman…

was never meant to be celebrated for just one day. ✨

☹️Too many of us hold ourselves back because we are in fear ..

If you were to release all fear then what would you do, be and have ?

🔥When you uplevel your identity then you release the parts of you that are holding you back, the thing is you may not even be aware of the deeper reason that you’re not reaching your true potential, because it’s wrapped in your unconscious

🥰This is where you need support to be held and witnessed so you can witness, accept and integrate all parts of you, so that you can thrive !

🙌🏼Are you ready to release what is no longer serving you, so that you can step into the version of yourself that attracts what her soul is ready for
