But do you know what's NOT fun? Feeling like you need to drastically change your lifestyle habits after a few days off enjoying yourself.

Yes I fall into this category too. I'm very hard on myself and overthink crap all the time. BUT I'm aware of it & I'm working on controlling it. It's not easy for me, it's genuinely not.

So read on, don't read on, like, don't like but don't feel guilty about something that's already happened. Control what you can, and get on with it. No one can do it for you. Harsh as it sounds, it's reality.

Looking for a local PT or online coach but have no idea which one to choose, let alone know what we do?

It’s easy really. I’ll lay down the foundations so you can make better lifestyle choices. Have the drinks you want (in moderation 🙄), your favourite meals, have a structured training regime for consistency, hit your weight/strength goals & yes wait for it…learn to enjoy it!

My existing clients tend to agree, although one needs me to tell him to put his big boy pants 🩲 at least once a week 😂 People are motivated in different ways & getting in contact for a 10 minute Skype/Zoom chat will help me & you understand which direction you need to go…onwards & upwards 💪🏻🙄🙌🏻

•Important thing is you can eat what ever you want before training (but I’d keep it under 300/400 kcal personally so no Big Macs) these are some healthier options. If it fits within you calorie/macro goals you don’t have to have 3 licks of an apple to lose fat. (Ask me if you need to know)

•Litre of water before if you can but don’t down it.
•Banana or any fruit 30 mins before if you can literally stomach it.
•Coffee/tea-everyone could do with a caffeine boost early in the day, 15/20 mins before is fine. Hold the foamy milk-could end up seeing it again very soon.
•Lemon juice, pinch of salt, water. This will help replace the electrolytes you lose through sweat.
•Teaspoon or two of peanut butter on a rice cakes/banana/slice of toast/your finger. Cheeky bit of jam/honey. If it fits in your calories!
Not for you?
•Hummus & carrot or two-light hummus bosh the carrot in there-don’t take the p**s.
•Energy bars-check the ingredients & calories for the bar.
•Milka-because it’s 🤤all in moderation 😉

Quick, simple, nutrient dense ish & let’s face it spectacularly easy…now big boy pants on & get to it 💪🏻DM me if you have any questions

Given I’ve got a pretty good reason to grow a fine mustard this year I was thinking about doing a challenge but the art of growing one, trimming, cleaning, conditioning and moisturising one is a challenge in itself 😂
Seems illnesses like this don’t get much attention during pandemics 🙄
But check those n**s lads and don’t be a fool while checking around your tool 😂

We've missed out on fun events, seeing friends and family and we're spending more time at home than many of us would like.

It's had an especially large impact on the UK's charities, whose work is as vital as ever in this difficult time.

This pandemic has led to the cancellation of thousands of fundraising events and the loss of billions in income.

To help them to continue to help people during this period, the 2.6 Challenge will launch this Sunday –26th April.

Sunday should have been the date of the 40th London Marathon, the world's biggest one-day annual fundraising event, which raised £66.4 million for charities in 2019.

The 2.6 Challenge can be anything that works for you. You can run or walk 2.6 miles, 2.6km or for 26 minutes.

You can do it at home, local park or garden. For instance, you could go up and down the stairs 26 times, do a 26-minute exercise class or get 26 people on a video call and do a 26-minute workout – anything you like!

I’ll be doing my challenge for Having been diagnosed with testicular cancer in January this year I want to help create awareness. Stay safe and hang tough 💪🏻

So...I a lump on my right testicle last October, which turned out to be a malignant seminoma. In my case... testicular cancer. I had an operation to remove my gorgeous but infected right testicle. 5 weeks post op I’ve been given the all clear, which is fu***ng fantastic news 💪🏻 But I count myself spectacularly lucky because I’m a stickler for organisation and I got it seen to very quickly. I caught it early and wasn’t a 🛎🔚 about it. I had to accept the grim reality of losing one of my te**is and whilst that was s**t news and I couldn’t accept it initially, the very large dark cloud above my head has passed🤞🏻
Why would I turn to social media you say? Sympathy? Hell no. I don’t want sympathy or people calling me up saying how sorry they feel for me. This is not the point of this post. I want to create awareness. To create awareness that even a 34 year old, who’s life and career is fitness (apart from my love of pizza and a big night out 🙄) can get a truly horrific bit of bad luck. So if you want to say something, say that you’ve checked yours and you’re all good. I’ve had my scare! Make sure you don’t have yours.
So ladies if your man is having a fo**le in front of the TV-let him, make sure he’s checking those di*********es for anything abnormal! Lumps, bumps, anything out of the ordinary and get it checked pronto. I’m not an ambassador I can give advice if you are incredibly unfortunate or just have any symptoms. I turned to two close friends who have had similar issues for piece of mind. It was the best thing I could have done in this situation, trust me. Don’t let it fester in your mind which I’m a classic example of. Speak to anyone (me) I know a fair bit about it now! I do have a fully functional left so there maybe some little Dan Drummond’s one day 😂
This is to remind everyone that this type of awareness should not just be thought about in November. It happen at any moment throughout the year. I’ll be setting up charity event to help create awareness in November this year, have a little fo**le all year long. In the meantime donate as you see fit
