Another day.. another online soundbath 🧘🏾‍♀️

Lovely little group today- we focussed on the energy of the Crown chakra, specifically Peace ☮️ energy.

How can we invite more peace into our lives? How can we feel peace in our physical body and energy body on a frequent basis?

We focused on the energy of peace radiating from our heart space, it was really special … with the special help of the Angels of course 🫶🏽

Healing journeys with sound and vibration..

These Himalayan bowls you see in the pic are Ancient and when placed onto the body to create a vibrational cleanse you really feel the strength on them.

By placing them directly onto the body they impact the chakras directly and release stagnant energy while recharging at the same time 🤍

Well that was surreal! Just hosted my first online group soundbath and I loved it.

I got to reconnect with a few of my Irish angels whom I miss dearly..
