Led a yoga session for ’s retreat just outside Mijas Pueblo — in a garden with views that stopped time 🌄🌿

What I offer isn’t about performing poses or chasing peace.
It’s about helping women land back in their bodies.

To feel again.
To soften where it’s been hard.
To reconnect with breath, sensation, and truth 🌀🫁

My work blends yoga, ta**ra, breath, and nervous system healing.
It’s for the ones who’ve carried too much, numbed out, shut down, or forgotten what it means to feel safe in their own skin 🤍
This session reminded me — again — that deep healing doesn’t need fancy. It needs presence. And someone who knows how to hold it 🤲🏼

NOT EVERY MAN CAN HANDLE A STRONG WOMAN.

Because she doesn’t just offer love—she brings truth.
She brings standards. Vision. Depth.
She is the mirror he didn’t ask for but desperately needs.

A strong woman doesn’t play small to soothe a fragile ego.
She holds space AND holds him accountable.
She’ll love him fiercely, but she’ll also expect growth, presence, and emotional maturity.

And when a man isn’t ready for that?
He’ll run.
Not because she was “too much”…
But because he was never enough for himself.

So he seeks refuge in someone who won’t question his silence, his inconsistency, his excuses.
He’ll call it “peace” but it’s really avoidance.
He doesn’t escape HER—he escapes the version of himself she dared him to become.

And by the time he realizes comfort isn't connection, and validation isn’t value—
She’s already gone.
Not bitter.
Not broken.
Just ELEVATED.

Because she didn’t lose a man.
He lost the opportunity to become one.

You deserve more than someone who’s just there.

The wrong man will admire your independence…
Not because he truly honors your strength—
but because it gives him permission to stay uninvolved.
He’ll quietly watch you carry it all…
Your dreams, your healing, your softness, your storm.
And call it love while offering nothing to lighten the load.

But the right man?
He sees you. All of you.
He doesn’t just cheer you on from the sidelines—he steps in.
Not because you can’t do it on your own,
but because he would never let you carry it all alone.

He brings presence. Stability. Devotion.
He listens to the voice beneath your words,
and leads with a steady heart, not ego.
He knows your feminine power is a gift—
and he protects the space where it can thrive.

In his arms, your nervous system exhales.
You don’t have to fight to be understood.
You don’t have to shrink to be accepted.
You don’t have to apologize for needing care, or connection, or consistency.

The real test of love? How a man handles his anger. 💭💥

Anyone can be sweet when things are going right, when you’re laughing, or when life is easy. But when emotions run high, that’s when you really get to see someone’s true self.

If a man’s first reaction when he’s upset is to belittle you, ignore you, or play the silent treatment game like he’s punishing you for just being real—honey, that’s NOT love. That’s control. That’s ego. It’s a red flag, and you deserve so much more. 💔

But a real man? Even at his worst, he’ll take a breath before he speaks. He’ll communicate, not attack. He’ll say, “I need a minute,” instead of saying something he’ll regret. Because love doesn’t disappear when things get tough—it shows up even stronger.

So here’s my reminder for you: Don’t let “he was just mad” be an excuse that makes you ignore the warning signs. One day it’s yelling… next, it’s slammed doors… and eventually, you’re left to unpack emotional damage that should never have been yours to carry. 😔

Love should feel safe—even in anger. If it doesn’t, trust me, it’s not the kind of love you deserve. ❤️✨

Feeling Grateful for the Work I Get to Do 💫

Sometimes, I sit back and think about how lucky I am to do what I do. Honestly, I never imagined I’d be in this beautiful place—working with such incredible people, witnessing their raw, vulnerable moments, and being part of their healing journeys. It’s deep, it’s real, and it’s not always easy, but damn, it’s worth it.

Ta***ic coaching is intense. There are tears, breakthroughs, and moments that make you question everything. But there’s also so much beauty in that. Watching someone rediscover their power and pleasure? It never gets old. I’m so grateful for every client who lets me in, who trusts me to guide them through this transformative work. 💖

Today, I’m reflecting on how far I’ve come, how much this work continues to change me, and how much joy it brings to see others stepping into their true selves. ✨
