🌧️ Weather Alert in Mogán – Information for Visitors 🌧️

Due to Storm Claudia, the local government has activated the Municipal Emergency Plan (PEMUGÁN) from tonight at 23.00 (11.00 PM)
(Wednesday, Nov 12).
🟡 Safety recommendation:

Close doors and windows securely.

Remove objects that can be blown away by wind.

Do not park near ravines or water channels.

Stay away from the coast

Schools, libraries, sports centres, and public parks will be closed on Thursday, Nov 13.

Beaches remain under red flag — swimming is not allowed.

Please avoid unnecessary travel, especially in the mountains or near ravines.

Restaurants, shops, and hotels in Puerto de Mogán will remain open as usual.

☀️ The storm is expected to pass quickly, and the sun should return by Friday — though some wind may remain.

🎄 *Invitation to the Canarian Christmas Party for All Hikers* 🎄

Dear hiking friends,

Yaiza and I are thinking about organizing a Canarian Christmas celebration for all hikers on Monday, December 15th – in the spirit of: Experience Christmas like the locals! 🇮🇨✨

Planned Schedule:
🚌 The bus (Hoya Victoria company) will pick up all the elegantly dressed hikers in the south.
🏞️ Drive to Tejeda, with stops at several scenic viewpoints.
🧀 Visit to a cheese dairy including a tasting.
🍽️ Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a festive Canarian Christmas menu at Bar Cairete (Carrizal de Tejeda) hosted by Pepita.
🎅 Santa Claus will drop by, hand out small gifts, and we’ll enjoy traditional Canarian Christmas carols (villancicos) together.

Number of participants: We’ll need between 18 and 23 people for the event to take place.
Price: Around €85 per person (includes bus, meal with drinks, visit, tasting, and gifts).

Before we finalize the arrangements, we’d like to know if there’s enough interest.

Yoga for EveryBody in playa de Mogán
Every morning from Monday to Friday at 9am.

We started our yoga winter season 2 weeks ago 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘‍♀️🌊🌞
It is really nice to have new concrete "carpet" and much more space for our morning sessions thanks to the town hall of Mogán (ayuntamiento Mogán)
