Yoga and Pilates might look similar, but they challenge your body and mind in unique ways.
Yoga boosts flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, calming the nervous system and deepening your connection to your breath.
Pilates strengthens your core, improves posture, and hones controlled movement, building functional strength from the inside out.

At our Wellness Retreat, we combine both practices so you can move with intention, strengthen your body, and nurture your mind. Dip in and out of sessions as you like, and complement them with strength training, hikes, sound healing, and ice bath immersion to experience what true vitality feels like.
