Any plans for Sunday?

Do you know that there will be an Open Day in ValU Within Mindful Studio, Urb Lo Santiago 30590.

From 12:00hrs to 18:00hrs you can get acquainted with the space, yoga & meditation guide, and her classes and programs.

Offering yoga for those who want age beautifully, for golfers to prevent injuries and improve the game, for those who suffer from stress or insomnia, and other conditions that can bring limitations into your life.

Valu Within offer classes in cozy, safe, and air-conditioned space led by an instructor who went through authentic ashram training and has more than 25 years of leading, teaching, and coaching people.

This Sunday Valentina will run guided tours for all who are interested and at 16:00hrs will run a raffle with some nice prizes for everyone who stepped through the studio doors from the day of its opening on July 1. Everyone has a chance to win free classes.

Enjoyed having fellow Sports Massage Therapist Louise of Muscle Matter Body Therapy 🇬🇧 in for a couple of treatment sessions at Diamond Health & Fitness 🙌👍

Ironically we had both done some training at the same 🇬🇧 Sports Massage Academy....and know many of the same SMT trainers.

Louise has built an incredibly successful business providing therapy support for elite competition bodybuilders 🏋‍♂️💪

Great to listen to her approach to supporting clients.....genuine and caring.....which is what the industry is about!! 💯
