You are welcome to experience the healing frequencies of sound on the 27th of March.
Relax your body and dive deep into your subconscious and heart.
Anne will use various instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, a gong, a guitar and her singing voice. Starting with a short meditation, you can fully surrender and let yourself be carried by the waves of the sound. Your body exists for 70% out of water, so all your cells will vibrate along and stuck energy can move freely.
You will leave this session feeling softened, refreshed, connected to your higher self and centered in your being.

Death Café ☕️ es un espacio que nació para cubrir la necesidad de naturalizar un tema tan tabú como la muerte 💀 y todo lo que rodea esta vivencia universal; el duelo, los cambios profundos, la espiritualidad. Pérdidas de todo tipo que nos llevan a morir de alguna manera.
Un encuentro gratuito, confidencial y respetuoso donde practicamos la escucha activa desde el corazón y sin juicios.
Finalmente descubrirás que hablar de la muerte es hablar de la vida, experiencias indivisibles que se encuentran interconectadas a cada paso que damos.

Nos vemos de nuevo el viernes dia 6 de septiembre arrancando con el horario de invierno.

✅️Arrival at Cristina's house which is 1 km from the center of Nerja at 15.30 p.m.
✅️Start of Yoga lesson at 16.00 p.m. until 17.30 p.m.
✅️For you time you only need a mat and water.
✅️Then relax for half an hour and dinner. ✅️Vegan Early Dinner Menu:
✅️Starter: Baked Croquiente Potatoes with herbs and avocado cream.
