Voilá Pastelería Carrying a role of a wise mother of two for more than 20 years, I have always been a proponent of clean and balanced nutrition.

But if mother-nature gifted you with the sweet tooth, it is a sin not to treat yourself occasionally. Having a passion to craft these treats of life, I bake with natural, low-sugar ingredients, yet without falling into gluten- and dairy-free extreme. However, any specialties can be made upon request.
