Carly’s Akashic journey
My inner journey began with a friend handing me Conversations with God in 1999. I read the whole book in one sitting on a beach in Melbourne. As I read the words: ‘If not you, who? If not now, when?’ something exploded inside me. You know when you have been called. It was not until meeting my spiritual master Mooji that I experienced a spontaneous awakening. We might say, in one moment in a park, I stumbled into the undivided, timeless nature of reality.
After awakening, all notions of time and space collapsed. Spontaneous flashes started to come of other times and what seemed to be other lives. I would glimpse into stories and landscapes that felt somehow familiar… biblical stories, ancient Egypt; names and places would emerge. I researched these names and was startled by the accuracy, although related to events from thousands of years ago. Other voices started coming in during my regular practise of journal writing. It stretched my heart to read these words. The wisdom coming through was so deeply touching. So pure. I did not know yet that the field I was accessing had a name.
Then my dear mother, Stella, became sick. As I was being called from my house in Spain to her bedside in England, someone gave me a clue. They said: ‘I think you need to work with the Akashic Record.’ There was a sense of inner recognition.
In the hospital, at mum’s side as she slept, I ordered Linda Howe’s book: How to Read the Akashic Records. Then all attention was with my mother as we spent the most beautiful weeks: laughing, crying, talking, and singing. She was in such deep peace, everyone who came into her room was touched.
Finally, one sunny October morning, as I sang the Gayatri mantra, my Mother passed into spirit.
Less than half an hour later, the nurse knocked gently and kindly on the door. She said: ‘a package arrived for you.’ I took the package, still in shock, and lay it carefully on the bed next to mum. As I did so, I heard the words:
‘This is her final gift to you. This is what you do now.’
I did not know what this meant but I knew that it was true. I can honestly say that this day, my life completely changed. So entered the Akashic Record. That which had been knocking – and for which I did not have a name.
When I began to open the Records, it was like: ‘But I know this!’
I believe we all have an innate knowing of the Akasha inside ourselves, and our own Akashic Record is indeed a part of us. We have direct access to our Soul wisdom. In a way, entering the Hall of Akashic Records is like accessing Great Soul – the Soul out of which each individual expression is born.
When I began to immerse in the Akashic Record, the guidance from the Akashic masters was so specific, and the vibration so high, the limiting patterns just could not stick anymore. And since I began offering Akashic Readings to others, a flow of people have come to experience the precise guidance and activation of this field. They often say when we open the Record: ‘it is like entering a warm bath of love!’ I have such a deep passion for sharing the wisdom, kindness and clarity of the Akasha.
