We’ve all been there: lying in bed, the mind buzzing, replaying the day, the year, the list of things we haven’t done.
The trick isn’t to stop thinking. That usually backfires. It’s to redirect gently, noticing your breath, where you sit and how your body feels, gently noting the sounds around you... and let the loop loosen its grip. Even a tiny pause can feel like a small exhale for the whole nervous system.
Honestly. Just a few moments of attention can unstick the mind, lower tension, and let you feel lighter.
