Nos complace anunciar que a partir del 15 de Octubre comenzamos con nuestras clases grupales de Pilates Terapéutico en la Clínica Movimiento 🧘♀️ ( max. 4 - 5 personas )
🗓️ Horarios:
➡️ Lunes y Miércoles: 9:00 - 10:00 h
➡️ Martes y Jueves: 18:00 - 19:00 h
🎉 Para celebrar el inicio, ofreceremos clases de prueba a solo 5€. Estas sesiones están diseñadas e impartidas por fisioterapeutas para mejorar tu postura, fortalecer tu cuerpo y ayudarte a prevenir y tratar dolencias físicas. ¡Apta para todas las edades y niveles!

➡️ Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
🎉 To celebrate the launch, we are offering trial classes for just €5! These sessions are designed and perform by physiotherapists to improve your posture, strengthen your body, and help prevent and treat physical discomfort. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
