Always late to the party with so much travelling since my very first trip to Vienna last month, but I Loved being MC of the Innovation stage at the Cult Tech Summit and meeting so many incredible people.

From founders to artists, creatives to tech start ups and the incredible french electronic artist .music, I had a jam packed four days of learning side of stage with so much to listen to and digest.

I introduced 18 startups across 2 demo days and 100+ investors were in attendance.

From art, music, and performance to heritage and immersive experiences, founders flew in from across Europe and even Asia to be part of this event and I am super grateful to the team and .association crew for making me so welcome and a part of things.

An inspiring to network, explore demos, and connect, where we even had the chance to talk to the Mona Lisa Talking Paintings and get to really know the founders behind the ideas.

Special thanks to Alejandra Prieto for remembering me from the Ibiza Tech Forum and for the invite to join such a special few days ✨✨✨.

ADE was short and sharp compared to last year, but my chat with was a great way to begin.

I flew straight from Vienna and into a stormy windy icy Amsterdam but it’s the warm hearts of team who took care of me once again.

Thank You for the warm hospitality of snack giving and letting me use the best yellow “pretend sunshine” studio for this chat!

I found out through the course of this chat that Yassine colour codes all his music into different styles, paces, rhythms and genres and yellow, as you will find out when the interview lands later this month, was the perfect shade to choose for this conversation.

Before summer fully hit I was lucky to be part of the best team EVER to help record a brand new video podcast series: Flirting with Friendship - hosted by the brilliant Bill Patrick and Seth Troxler!

It was created in May and June in Ibiza and the full series starts to come out on September 9.

I’m not sure how we got to July and I didn’t get around to posting anything at all.

But, May and June were spent working and filming on set and various locations around Ibiza as the audio / sound engineer for a very lovely team from the states and Canada 🇨🇦

Can’t say too much just yet, but very soon the trailer will be landing and to say it was a whirl wind few months is an understatement but most definitely an exciting one full of learning, observation, a whole lot of listening and laughing, audio growth, giggles and lots of new connections and a HUGE and very lovely experience.

Proud to have been part of such a fabulous and super professional team.

Sunrise to sunset - Saturday was the perfect day! A 6 am hike From Es Cavallet with 12 amazing women on retreat with the fabulous , a little shopping for the fiesta rojo for .theartist 50th soirée, an incredible lunch with to celebrate the end of two mental weeks of non stop working and filming♥️, a mad dash to fetch more Red things from the very kind & a stunning evening at Chez Maria to see the birthday girls flamenco 💃🏼 performance and a good catch up with so many familiar faces 🥰. A weekend well spent stretching, hiking, dancing and dining on delicious things ! Our of OFFICE is ON 💥

Summer is very much starting! ♥️.

A huge thank you to Ruth of Gin and Yin retreats for dragging me out of retirement and reminding me how much I love teaching yoga.

I@keep thinking I can’t do it anymore. Spinning too many plates drives me mad but it just makes me so happy. So thank you for that reminder Miss G & Y and what a beautiful brunch of women ! ♥️♥️♥️♥️.

Back in my old Hood felt Good!

Massive thank You to the AlphaTheta Team of Isabel and Keleigh for this panel and chance to to talk about overcoming challenges in the world of music and how we can amplify change.

As someone who is not a DJ or musician and tapped out from music journalism for a while I felt maybe a slight sense of the old imposter syndrome creep in.

But once we started talking the stories kept coming and I realised that situations in the music industry and experiences I had put me off and really that’s why I left.

Coming back to hosting, presenting, radio, audio, production and even sound engineering the last weeks on a film set have just reminded me I only had once passion since a Yong age and taking time out with yoga was needed but being back doing the thing that I ♥️ most feels right.

What an incredible to crew to share my first panel with at to share some stories .

Huge congratulations to the TEDxDaltVila team for pulling off yet another hugely successful event in Ibiza last weekend.

It was a huge honour to host the third edition of this sell out, day long forray into the minds and hearts of so many inspiring speakers, designers, creatives, scientists, activists, journalists, architects, rescuers, gynaecologists and doctors.

It takes a very special certain something to stand on a stage in front of almost 500 people, memorise a script and deliver it, unflinchingly with conviction and panache and to say I felt a few tingles down my spine during the day would be a huge understatement.

Still processing the full contents after a little restival from this intellectual festival and all the new ideas shared, but immensely proud of all that we created as a team.

Too many to mention, but forever grateful for this opportunity to host This very special island day each year since it began in 2023.

Massive kudos to the team, speakers, sponsors, supporters, performers, speakers coaches and all those behind the scenes!

It was absolutely immense.
