Monday (prenatal) 8.30 - 9.45 pm GMT
Tuesday (live class in Spanish) 6.15 - 7.45pm GMT+1
Wednesday (evening energiser) 5 - 6.30 pm GMT

Integral yoga incorporates not only asana, pranayama and meditation into every class but also throws in a bit of dancing, learning, and sometimes even singing! !

Happy Earth Day everyone. A little bit of grounding can really help us find our way through life’s labyrinths. Make time today to get outside and appreciate the world around you. We’re amazed at the birdsong around us at the moment so going to go for a walk to listen to all the sounds.

Feliz día de la madre tierra! Para navegar el laberinto de la vida nos viene muy buen tomar un poco de tiempo para enraizarnos en la tierra. Haz el esfuerzo hoy de salir para apreciar el mundo que nos rodea. Aquí en la montaña palentina nos asombra el canto de los pájaros últimamente. Iremos de paseo hoy para escucharlo.

Try the balancing breath of Nadi Sodhana or alternate nostril breathing.

This calming breath aims to balance the central nadis (lines of energy) in the left and right side of the body.

👉🏻close left nostril
👉🏻inhale through the right nostril
👉🏻close right
👉🏻exhale through the left
👉🏻repeat in reverse fashion

Some useful tips for an iconic asana:
👉🏻lift your knees, then raise your hips towards the ceiling
👉🏻press your head back between your elbows
👉🏻sink your heels towards the floor
👉🏻close your eyes...breathe....
