My name is Jördis and i want to share my passion for teaching and helping people on their journey to more Self-Love & Confidence, Balance, Awareness, Trust and in general to have a better connection to themselves and the surrounding energy. Being a Yoga Trapeze Teacher gives me the opportunity to following a holistic path, which turned to a concrete life decision.To share with my students the process of growth and to build strength inside & outside, to be conscious about the beauty of life and to discover the power of yourself, gives the essence of happiness.
