Happy New 2026 our dear Living Roomers!
We are for a couple of days celebrating the holiday with friends and family up North and the snow is coming down big time blessing us with it’s brightness. To us the change from one year to another has always been a very good reason to reflect and think about who and what matters to us.

The annual Sankalpa Yoga & Breathwork Class is a beautiful way of doing this and creates a space for that solemn moment. So with that we invite you to join us 💫

The class will be guided by Camilla & Sarah

Together, we’ll take time to honor the year past and step into the new. What we meet with honesty within ourselves becomes a seed — not only for us, but a gentle contribution to the world around us.

We all know ”it’s not the destination; it’s the journey”…

and still, we also know, the journey quite often isn’t that easy; breaths quite heavy, the view obscured; everything seems to be resistance …

However we also know, that pausing in that resistance; recognise and acknowledge, inbetweens for us to recall our breaths, and in touch with what is us and something bigger, find courage to dare to continue, refind the path …
in some miraculous way trust the journey and reinvent ourselves

Isn’t that journey we call life,
quite remarkable?
I, we all know …

Sankta Lucia

December the 13th it’s the Lucia day in Sweden; a tradition where “Santa Lucia” embodies faith and bringing light both literally and spiritually to the world.

Santa Lucia with candles in her crown leading the procession of handmaidens and star boys singing Lucia and Christmas songs as a tribute to the coming Christmas, the light and marking the winter solstice, overcoming darkness, Lucia is “the bearer” of light 💫
