Gyan Chakra Kriya x The Ten Bodies: Arcline & Aura Edition

In Kundalini Yoga we recognise and experience the sophisticated artistry of the Human energetic system - the Ten Bodies.

The Arcline, the 6th Body, is our Halo - the nucleus of the aura.

Running from earlobe to earlobe, the arcline gives us the power of prayer, protection and intention- we can focus, concentrate and meditate.

Physically, the arcline is associated with the pituitary gland, regulating the nervous system and giving us glandular balance - a powerful self-method for constancy of mood and behaviour.

When the arcline is weak, we may feel insecure, overprotective and easily influenced. When strong we have the intuitive ability and agility to navigate our lives safely, gracefully and creatively. It gives us powerful projective and intentional capacity - helping us to manifest the good for ourselves and others.

The Aura, the 7th Body, is our radiant shield.
The aura is the electromagnetic field which surrounds your body.

The aura is a protective shield, it can attract what we need and repel what we don’t. If the aura is weak, we may feel paranoid and lack self trust - we may feel that our boundaries are easily transgressed and ignored.

When the aura is strong we can contain and build our life force energy, so that we can relate and give from a place of wholeness, overflow and sovereignty.
