Ceviche with a twist (based on my Noronha trip) classic bacalau and Atlantic salmon ceviche marinated with a dressing based on lime and orange flavoured with oyster sauce, diced spring onion and red onion finished with chives and lime rind. Simple but delicious

Another day, another birthday. Happy 21 st to on of our Jr Deckhands Neo. Today cake I made a few combos. The bottom part is a white chocolate and pistachio cake with a matcha cheese cake stuffing, topped with a vanilla sponge marinated and filled with strawberry compote and coated with strawberry chocolate mousse
