I believe it is important to learn how to assume and exit yoga poses (Asanas) safely and in such a way as to reduce risk of injury. . I read 100 biographies looking for the pattern.

Found it.

Everyone successful was a mess at some point.

Broke. Rejected. Doubted. Betrayed. Depressed.

Most people use their pain as an excuse:

→ "I can't because I grew up poor"
→ "I can't because people doubted me"
