We are happy to share 4 days of yoga practice, surrounded by nature and beautiful lavender fields at Masia Brugarolas. This charming country house will be our home during this retreat of Kundalini Yoga, Ying Yoga, Meditations and Pranayamas. We will have two musicians with us, to lift up our souls, during most classes (Hang, Guitar&Voice). We will enjoy vegetarian homemade meals prepared with much love. In the afternoon we´ll have some free time to rest and relax, go for a walk in the countryside or to simply enjoy the swimming pool. There will be hikes, horse back riding and excursions proposed for those who would like to explore the area. Are you ready for a few days of relax, detox and reconnect? We sure are!
