You’re not broken...You’re not doing anything wrong.
This is something I had to understand myself...
For a long time, I tried to solve everything with my mind...thinking, analyzing, trying to fix but real change didn’t happen there.
It happened when I started listening to my Body
Tension, discomfort, that empty feeling, even what we call “negative emotions”…we usually try to get rid of them as quickly as possible.
But what if they’re not the problem? What if they are something inside you, trying to emerge and reorganise?
In this article, I share a simple Shift:
👉 Learning to stay with the sensation instead of running away from it. Learning to feel, instead of trying to fix.
When you stop escaping, something begins to move.
And that movement often takes you somewhere better.
