This can be tough as it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when making changes. Your mind might say, “I give up!” When it does (as it surly will) just give yourself a little mindful nudge and take a rest. A mindful pause.

Let me introduce myself!

I am Gill Pegge and I am a wellness coach, who works with individuals and groups of people to help them achieve optimal health and wellness in their lives.

I am a qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist, meditation teacher, personal life coach and stress management consultant. I have been helping people for 8 years to understand what changes they need to make to enhance their mind and body wellbeing, and I love what I do!

My philosophy is this - to achieve wellness we have to consistently make choices which benefit our bodies and minds. I work with the whole person to bring balance and health. This is rarely the same process for any two individuals - we are all unique. Whilst there are principles which can benefit most of us, the only way to true wellness comes through adapting a diet and lifestyle which work for you!

I am uniquely placed to help you to discover your optimal wellness, whether you have specific health problems or just feel generally ‘unwell’.
