A weekend doesn’t fix this.

If you’re constantly tired, overwhelmed, or feel like you haven’t properly switched off in months…
it’s probably because you haven’t actually had the space you need away from everything else going on.

That’s what our retreats are for.

A few days where:
- everything is taken care of
- you don’t have to plan or decide anything
- you can properly rest and reset. Get your energy back.

Portugal, May ☀️
Mallorca, October 🌿
Last few spots remaining.

DM “RETREAT” for details

What are you looking forward to this spring?

Longer days, coffee breaks outside, the sun on your face on your morning commute, bulbs appearing, new starts… ?

It's often something like...

You look at it, think “that would be really nice”…then close it again.

Not because you don’t want to go, just because it feels like a bit of a thing to book.

We’ve got one shared room space left for Portugal in May.

If you’ve been thinking about it, send us a message. Happy to chat it through,

Hot take: you don’t have to continuously be on a “healing journey”.

Therapy can be a powerful space for reflection and growth, but it isn’t meant to replace living your life. Sometimes reaching a point where you feel ready to step away is a sign of integration and trust in yourself.

You can always return to therapy. It’s there as a tool to use if/when needed. You can also just go live, experiment and experience life beyond the therapy room.

“Healing” is not always about doing more, sometimes it’s recognising when enough has been done for now 💙

We offer introductory calls for both therapy and coaching so you can see if we are the right fit. Connect via our website, link in the bio.

No. You definitely won’t be.

At every retreat we have women who come alone.

Some come with a friend, mum, sister, daughter. Some come alone. Every time!

So you won’t be the only one.

That’s one of the best things about a retreat. Arriving a bit nervous and not knowing anyone, and then by the end of the week, you feel like you’ve known them for years.

If you have any hesitation at all (and most people do. Whether that’s the group, what the days look like, the yoga, or anything else) then just give us a shout.

DM us here, or send us an email at hello@bluespaceswellbeing.com

MARCH. Over and out ✔️ 📸

Laura:
March in three words: Glimmers, Transitions, Family

March reminded me: How much I need quiet

A few things I’ve been enjoying: a bit of time to myself in the mornings before work such as time to have coffee/read a little//walk the dog/stretch. I got over excited by sun and had a very cold trip (but beautiful) to the cairngorms. 🥶 The joy of rearranging my living room. 🛋️ Reading my book with the dog curled up in my lap. 🐶 Lazy days at the Arlington 🧖‍♀️

Nikita:
March in three words: Daylight, community, patience

March reminded me: How important my mornings are for the rest of my day 🌞

A few things I’ve been enjoying: (said) morning walks and early yoga morning yoga before the busyness of the day starts. 🥾
Spending time with family and friends doing silly, random things. Lighter days.
Getting outside for walks. Wind, rain and the rest.
Working with clients and being inspired by what they’re creating.

If you summed up your March in three words, what would they be? 💙

You don’t realise how tired you’ve been until you actually stop.

Not just a weekend catching up on sleep.
Something deeper than that.

The kind of tired that doesn’t go away with an early night.

A few days where nothing is expected of you.
No rushing. No noise. No pressure to be “on”.

Just space to slow down, breathe, and feel like yourself again 🤍

This is a short standing meditation, a gentle practice to reconnect with strength, balance and self support.

If standing feels uncomfortable this can be done seated, barefoot can also be a tactile way to reconnect.

Notice, soften and return xx
