Start your days with dynamic Vinyasa flows under the island sun, then build power and confidence through progressive handstand training—including one-on-one guidance and the art of assisting others safely and skillfully. Complement your practice with myofascial training to unlock mobility, prevent injury, and enhance body awareness.

Nourish yourself with delicious vegetarian cuisine, crafted to energize and restore, all while soaking in the peaceful rhythm of island life just steps from the sea.
