Nomada Yoga

Nomada Yoga Hi, I'm Kat, a yoga teacher and holistic therapist based in Rasquera, Catalunya. I offer both dyna I hope to see you on the mat x

I have worked in the wellness world for the past 16 years as a holistic therapist and discovered a regular yoga practice when my children were very young, it has been a constant in my life ever since. I have been very privilaged to study with some inspiring teachers all who have had a huge influence on my personal practice and on my journey as a student and as a teacher. In 2017 I received a 200RYT Yoga Alliance qualification from The Shala London where I studied with Gingi Lee, Kath Roberts, Normal Blair, Hamish Hendry, Ruth Westerby, Ben Wolff and Melanie Cooper. An eternal student and seeker of wisdom and knowledge I am continuing my studies as I work towards a 500hr qualification. I teach Ashtanga and Yin Yoga as well as the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra and breathwork. I live in Southern Catalunya off grid, in my mountain home where I run workshops and retreats where I am constantly filled with wonder and gratitude.

My Story

Hi there, I am Kathryn, a Yoga Instructor & Holistic therapist based in the beautiful mountains in the Ebro region of Catalonia.

Having worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years I aim to create a nurturing environment for my students to discover and explore the possibilities of yoga.

My background is an Ashtanga yoga, I have been very privileged to study and practice with some inspirational teachers to whom I am incredibly grateful.

I teach with a gentle approach making the practice accessible for all, with a strong focus on breath and alignment.
