This is our indoor studio, perfect for yoga, movement, meditation, workshops and where I like to do my morning practice in the cooler months. As you can see, the views are pretty stunning!

We have some great walks right out of the Cortijo where you can wander amongst the olive groves and pines and see for miles and miles. There are also great picnicing spots on the top of mountains and by the river. so much to explore!

We are incredibly lucky to play host to so many beautiful birds who stop by on their migration to and from Africa. Waking in the morning to such life lifts your heart!

We have a special long weekend retreat in October for those of you who would like to come and stay and truly let go of life. You can dip in to classes as you wish and most of all just take time out to pause, swim, journal, read, walk and recieve the nourishment of the Inspired Life Centre and it’s surrounds.
