✔️ANTI-BACTERIAL & ANTI-FUNGAL
The lauric and capric acids, which represents over 50 % of all fatty acids in coconut oil, have proven antiseptic properties and can fight harmful microorganism. They reduce redness and help in atopic dermatitis. They are indeed saturated fats but it does not mean they are dangerous to our body. Lauric acid has also the proven property of lowering the bad fraction of cholesterol- unlike most saturated fats.
