For Doby's stormy birthday we went to explore Gola de Ter where river meets the sea, a local museum in an old mansion in Torroella and just before the big rains a crazy good lunch in Mooma.

Not so tasty weather but very tasty organic wine tasting sunday morning at 10 guided by Joan and Gabriel from celler Castelló Murphy. The creativity of this family and of wine making is very inspiring. When you come to visit us there are ofcourse options for wine tasting with so many beautiful wine people and beautiful wine locations all around us.
We followed up with a great lunch at Ona beach Rosas bar when the sun came out.

We are looking content, right? Just had a nice Menu del dia with our guests and 2 campervan friends in the great restaurant next to Sant Climent. We are lucky with this place as they serve very pure quality food and superb sauces being influenced by French and Catalan style. And it is a very friendly beautiful place.
And we also looking content because our lemon tree shares its first good harvest with us, the lemons look and smell great!
After the good lunch we worked in the garden....just a lovely day.

My sisters beautiful talent for colour. A walk from our house to Espolla in the Christmas holidays. There is a valley with a small stream where grows an abundance of cactussesss😉 . I read an article about those, they are great as fire delay as they contain moist, the fibers can be used for many things, and if you're hungry you can eat the fruit, and even the young disc leaves....too many tiny needles if you ask me, but you can sear them off.

We needed to rent a van to pick up a saunaaaah we will install over the coming month. Hearty found it super cool to be allowed on the seats with us. What do you make of his face?
We are lucky he loves to come on excursions anywhere. We saw the majestuous snowy Pyrenees from a different angle than at home, and then Hearty preferred to snuggle up on a cushion between our feet.....after all he is at least 14 already, but still playful and adventurous. The cats are always waiting looking out for us to come home. And we dream o travelling in a van again.

Water is also one of the elements and a theme this week full of yoga and tarot with . So this day was full of creativity, shaking and moving the water in our bodies. And a meditation while listening to the river next to our house!
