Course Description
This course provides a fundamental understanding of ultrasound imaging and its clinical benefits in reproductive medicine. Building on previous editions, the program now features digital hysteroscopy and ultrasound-guided operative hysteroscopy. A special focus is placed on 3D ultrasound, guiding you through every step of the fertility journey: from the initial assessment and automated antral follicle count, to evaluating the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes with
salpingosonohysterography, monitoring stimulated follicles during IVF using the SonoAVC Follicle 2.0 software, and mastering egg retrievals and embryo transfers through to pregnancy confirmation.
The course blends theory with practice, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced ultrasound systems and simulators for egg retrieval, embryo transfer and hysteroscopy from VirtaMed and Wolf.
