PILATES is a strength-building practice that improves posture, mobility, and inner balance. With focused movements and breath, it helps release tension and build core strength. Set to rhythmic music, it leaves you feeling strong and centered.

With over 30 years of experience in group fitness, personal training, and coaching across Sweden, the USA, and Germany, I bring deep knowledge and passion to every class I teach.
For 20 years, I owned and ran Balance House at Lake Starnberg, Germany — a studio dedicated to helping people find true balance in movement, nutrition, and mental well-being, inspired by my motto: "Balance Your Life."
For over 25 years, Alicante has also been my second home, where I now share my love for mindful movement by offering Deep Flow Yoga and Pilates classes on the beach.
