Nalanie Chellaram is Chairwoman of the Integral Yoga Centre in Sotogrande, Spain & Gibraltar and she gives Satsangs both there and Internationally. She is also the founder of "Service in Satchidananda", a non-profit international collective of charities established in honour of Sri Swami Satchidananda and based on his core teaching of selfless service. The George Harilela Yoga Hall has been built lovingly by Dr Hari N Harilela and his wife Padma in honour of his brother George who was a living example of love and light. Nalanie Chellaram (daughter of George Harilela) utilizes the hall for the advancement of spiritual growth. The teaching of the great masters is expounded here to achieve the understanding and knowledge on how to live a peaceful easeful and useful life. There will be classes of Hatha and Raja Yoga, workshops for teachers. The premises will also be used to bring out teachers and lecturers from all over the world. The hall is situated in Sotogrande alto in Southern Spain, Calle Cervantes, all are welcome to visit monthly Satsangs and the weekly Tuesday morning Hatha class on a donation basis.

NEWSLETTER: Nalanieji's Itinerary & Gibraltar IYC Honors Sri Gurudevaji's Mahasamadhi Anniversary this Tuesday, August 19th at 11am. Here is a message from Nalanieji: Namaste everyone..I have been asked by many about future talks and my itinerary. I left on the 12th of August for Bangkok and then on the 18th of August for Singapore, at the wonderful invitation of my brother. On the 23rd of August I fly to Bali. On the 27th the retreat on ‘ Being in Truth ‘ begins!! Audrey will be sharing her knowledge and Ole will speak to us on global truth. Kamala has organized us to join some Balineses Pooja’s and on the last evening we will be entertained by Balinese dancers. Les and I will then rest a couple of days and will arrive home on the 4 th September!! I will start with private appointments on the 8th of September and the Hatha classes will begin the following week. On the 19 th September, I will be away to Venice to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday!!!!!! Will return 1st Oct. after that I will be announcing talks and workshops and some will be on Zoom. I will join Shanti and Daya's retreat on the 4th October for half a day.. Talk to be announced by them. Please remember you are all invited to the charity event on the 9 th October here in Sotogrande!! The choir Andaluz is not to be missed!! Please let Les know, if you wish to attend… I wish you all a fantastic August filled with much joy!! Do rest in the afternoons if you can, as the heat is intensive. Drink lots of water.. and do some Hatha stretches every day.. and yes meditation is the best medicine!!! Om shanti .. shanti.. shanti… so much love from my heart. SIS Spain sends funds to SIS Swindon every month, who regularly help their local community and different international projects. Recently, they purchased and posted pencils and stationery for youngsters in Ghana. SIS would like to thank all the donors for their constant contributions, thus allowing SIS to help and serve many. Nalanieji will be continuing with her private consultations during the month of July.
