Sometimes they just need gentle help cranial, spine, hips to release tension, sleep better, feed easier, and feel truly at ease. Not everything is “just colic.”
And you, mama, also need support: reconnecting with your core, understanding your pelvic floor, healing scars, and moving without pain.
