Today we introduce Jonathan (.bustos) from Milan, Italy. 🇮🇹 Passionate about motorcycles and bicycles, three years ago he suffered a fall that caused a spinal cord injury at the C5 level.

Since then, his adventurous spirit has remained unchanged, and thanks to his Batec Mini, he has regained the freedom to move around and ride the same cycle paths as before. 🚴‍♂️

And as a true lover of two wheels, he is already dreaming of his next goal: the Batec Scrambler! 💪🛞

Hoy os presentamos a Jonathan (.bustos), de Milán (Italia). 🇮🇹 Apasionado de las motos y las bicicletas, hace tres años sufrió una caída que le causó una lesión medular a nivel C5.

Batec Mobility

La misión de Batec Mobility es mejorar radicalmente la movilidad de las personas con discapacidad física. Creemos y comprobamos día a día que una mejora efectiva y significativa en la movilidad de una persona que, por una lesión o enfermedad, la tiene limitada, tiene una implicación directa y positiva en su calidad de vida. Y, por ello, diseñamos, fabricamos y comercializamos productos innovadores, atractivos y de alta calidad (los handbikes Batec) que consiguen equiparar su movilidad, y por extensión su estilo de vida, al de una persona sin discapacidad.

A ir en silla de ruedas, te acostumbras. A renunciar a la vida, NO.

Batec Mobility’s mission is to radically improve the mobility of people with physical disabilities. We believe and see every day that an effective and significant improvement in the mobility of a person who has limited mobility as a result of an injury or illness, has a direct, positive impact on their quality of life. And that is why we design, manufacture and sell innovative, attractive and high quality products (the Batec handbikes) that aim to match the mobility of such people – and therefore their lifestyle – with that of people without disabilities.

You can get used to being in a wheelchair. But not to giving up on life.
