Holistic Body Reset — 3 Session Journey
Over time, the body accumulates tension on different levels — physical, nervous system, and emotional.
A single session can help, but real change often happens when we work progressively and with intention.
I’m now offering a 3-session journey, combining three powerful therapies:
• Traditional Thai Massage — to open the body, improve mobility, and release deep muscular tension
• Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapy — integrating oil, breath, and assisted stretching to restore flow and balance
• Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage) — focusing on the core, where stress and emotions are often held
Each session builds on the previous one, supporting a deeper release and a more complete reset of the body.
This is for you if you feel: – tight, restricted, or out of balance

Sessions are best received within 2 weeks for a deeper effect.
