Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a deep, dynamic bodywork system that combines warm herbal oil, assisted stretches, rhythmic compression and conscious breathing. It works through the muscles, fascia and energy lines to release tension, restore mobility and awaken vitality.
The session is done on a mat on the floor, allowing for fluid movement and natural body mechanics. Through coordinated breath and pressure, the body gradually softens, opens and reorganizes itself.
