my nervous system, especially amongst the trees. For over 20 years I was the Regional Manager of an Organic & Natural Suncare co., with security, experience and flexibility within my role. So why?, does one ask, would I give it all up and decide to become a Health and Wellness Coach? For some years before, I kept hearing whispers that I must find my purpose. I wondered about and searched for this 'purpose' and then one day the voice inside me was no longer whispering but shouting that I was put on this earth to help women lead healthier and more fulfilled lives! I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as personal development, goal-setting and much more. I believe that consistent habits lead to lasting changes in your life and I am here with you every step of the way to help you achieve those changes.

Sometimes we are so focused on what we have not done, who we are not yet, or where we think we should be, that we forget the impact we already have just by being ourselves.

You may not always see it, but there are people who appreciate your presence, who feel safe around you, who smile when they think of you. Not because of what you achieved, but because of who you are.

Self worth is not something you earn through performance. It is something you come back to when you stop questioning your value.

A gentle reminder for this week.

You do not have to rush everything. Not your decisions, not your healing, not your growth. It is okay to take a step back, to pause, and to give yourself the space you need to think and feel clearly.

A lot of stress comes from the pressure to react quickly, to keep up, and to always be doing something. But not everything needs your immediate attention. Some things just need time, clarity, and a calmer version of you.

You are allowed to move slower and still be moving forward. You are allowed to rest without feeling like you are falling behind. And you are allowed to come back to yourself as many times as you need.

You don’t need experience to start growing your own fruit and veg!
You need a little patience, trial and error…of course it does help to know a little something on conditions, etc.

I really hope someday soon that we can be eating food that we’ve grown in our garden 🙏😃

A lot of people struggle with self love because they were taught to put others first. To give more, do more, and be more for everyone else while quietly neglecting themselves.

But the way you treat yourself sets the standard for everything in your life. Your boundaries, your energy, your self respect, and even the way others show up for you.

When you learn to take care of your own energy first, you are not being selfish. You are creating a foundation that allows you to give from a place of fullness instead of exhaustion.
If you have been feeling drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it may be time to come back to yourself.
